The Holy BIBLE

The Bible Is Our Standard

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." 2 Timothy 3:16,17

The Bible is divided into two parts: the Old Testament with 39 books and the New Testament with 27 books.

 Instructions:  This survey is designed as a self-assessment tool to assist the Pastor and church leaders in

                        making improvements in the leadership roles to provide effective and competent spiritual guidance to new

                        members.  Please complete the following survey as it applies to you as a new member.  Please make sure

                        you completely answer all questions according to the instructions given for each one.  Use black ink to

                        complete the survey if using printed version.  You only need to complete either the Printed or the Electronic

                        version of the form (Please do not submit both versions). Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

                       Please seal the completed survey in the attached envelope or place the downloadable internet version of the

                       survey in a sealed envelope marked “new members orientation survey” and place in the locked box located in

                       the fellowship/dining hall.  All surveys should be in a sealed envelope to be considered for review.
