If you are having Audio sound problems, it could be your Audio player settings. To choose your player's connection speed follow the instructions below:

<p>1. Put your mouse arrow on the player and right click, you will see the options.

<p>2. Under (Performance) (connection speed), choose connection speed, in the drop down menu select your connection speed, you will have several options to choose from, ie. Modem, DSL/Cable, T1, or Lan.

<p>3.After choosing your connection speed, click apply, and then click Ok to 
close the window.</p>
